Darcy is always prepared to go that extra mile for his customers and is someone that confirms that mechanics are not all like some of the dealerships we have had encounters with in the past. On many occasions Darcy has saved the day with his friendly and helpful disposition. He has provided us with consistently outstanding service every time we have had our cars serviced. It’s very reassuring to know what to expect.

A word of thanks for the recent works you did on both of our cars.
First, the service on the Subaru. At 17 years of age it is a challenge but it is purring like a kitten. Secondly, the service on the BMW. Apart from providing a comprehensive service and vehicle report you have managed to sort out the leaking roof and faulty warning signals which previous workshops, including BMW themselves, could not.
Thirdly, the repair of the window winding device which gave up the ghost just a couple of days after the service (doesn’t it always happen). Your help in fixing this very quickly was much appreciated. I will be happy to refer any of my friends and colleagues to you and feel free to show this to any customers as a testimonial to your workmanship.

I would like to take the opportunity to recognise the service offered by Darcy Holden at Bayside Motor Works. Darcy replaced the Arial on my car as well as giving it a complete check over as the vehicle was recently purchased from interstate. The work on the car was completed on time and to my surprise the overall cost was some $50 less that I was quoted elsewhere for the Arial alone. I was also able to utilise the use of Bayside Motor Works loan vehicle to ensure my day was uninterupted. The service I received gave me the confidence to use bayside Motor Works again and importantly to recommend Darcy with confidence to other people.

Many thanks for the service and safety check on my Mercedes. The car seems to be driving much better now. And thank you for attending to work I had requested.
Obviously your safety check was most through because I had forgotten to mention that the wiper blades were suspect and I am pleased that you replaced the inserts.
Also I have been concerned about the brake pads and I am happy now that you have assured me that these are OK. Another motor works might have replaced them anyway and charged me an unnecessary cost. In fact I believe your charges are most reasonable. Overall I was very satisfied with your service and I have every confidence in recommending you to others.
